At Flex Real Estate Marketing, we do one thing, we provide you with everything you need to market your latest listing to it’s fullest potential. We know every listing is different so not only do we offer complete packages but we an al-a-carte option to let you pick and choose what you need to capture each listing individually. Of course, the more you choose, the more you save. Below are our complete marketing packages. They include interior/exterior photos, drone photos, a Matterport 3-D scan of the property. Too much? A LA CARTE PHOTOGRAPHY OPTIONS

Don’t need everything? Want to be able to pick and choose what works best for you? This is where you want to be. At Flex Real Estate Marketing our signature $179 photo shoot includes interior and exterior photos of the property. How many you ask? As many as it takes. Our photographers are instructed to take 2-3 pictures of each bedroom, 1-2 of the bathrooms, and 3-5 of the living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens in the houses they shoot. What it comes down to is a 1,000 square foot condo ends up with 20-25 pictures and 3,000 square foot homes have more like 40-45 pictures.
