Option one is our Flat Fee MLS Listing, which lets homeowners pay a low fee upfront to have their homes listed on the same MLS that professional agents use when listing their properties.

Option two is Agent Assistance Listing Service. We provide all of the services in our Flat Fee listing service, in addition to having a professional real estate broker available to review offers and give you real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your transaction.

Option three is a Discounted Limited Full-Service Listing. This option provides many of the services they would receive from a traditional real estate agent at a discounted listing commission ranging from .5% to 1.5%.
